first of all use the search function as it is you best friend on here before you post because this and other simple topics have been posted thousands of times.
the best bulbs for yellow fogs are nokya hyper yellow bulbs. you can get them on ebay for about $20 or so I think. Are foglight bulbs are H11's.

Did you mean yellow bulbs or yellow lenses themselves?
If you mean bulbs CCColtsIceHockey got the right idea. I rock those and have given me no problems.
But if you are looking for yellow lenses, you can get those on ebay.
But you would have to make sure you are purchasing the yellow fogs that are USDM yellow style and not JDM yellow style for the JDM lenses are not interchangable on the USDM model.
Or if you want to have another approach you can purchase yellow fog light protectant film.

Thanks for all the help. I think ill go with the nokya hyper yellow bulbs. I would have perfered factory yellow foglight. The after market parts for the TSx dont seem to be as plentiful as my old integra! THANKS AGAIN!

The film has held up fine for me. I also ran it on my Impreza with no problems, either. I may try a second layer for that really deep yellow look since I still have the OEM bulbs and cannot film the yellow ones anywhere...
Try the film! I sent them the template for the 05 fog lenses!

I have an 06 and also have the Lamin-X yellow film. I believe it was 10MM thick but I could be wrong. Someone posted the link above so check that out. I also have the Nokya Hyper Yellow's and here's the effects of having both:

no problems with browning...i don't leave them on while in traffic...
