I'm planning on some performance parts for my 2.0L auto accord. Have installed a drop in K&N filter and was thinking of installing a VTEC controller and a piggyback chip. Wanted a cold air induction system but was advised against it due to my stock exhaust. I wish to retain the original exhaust. Will all these upgrades have any improvements without the use of an after-market exhaust?

If your engine responds like the K24 then you can add a CAI w/o an aftermarket exhaust and still see good increases.
