I was thinking about buying a dc header and running it with the stock exhaust. Does anybody know how it sounds or has anybody tried it out?

Its not a race header.
if i install it tonight, ill get a soundclip.
I dunno, its on the fedex truck out for deliv and its sig required. i dont think ill be home intime

I don't have the DC header, but what do you need to know exactly? I bet your questions could be answered by alot of people here.
I have the Comptech Header myself, with the stock exhaust. Headers don't typically add sound, like changing your exhaust or intake does. If it does, its very subtle. Had a header with stock exhaust on 2 cars now, and I have never noticed a change in sound.

I have the comptech header (see my existing on going thread of the vibration) and it barely got louder. Under normal driving you can't tell a difference. During WOT its a little louder and its def noticeably louder during vtec.

I believe J's Racing also make headers for the CL7 which is the Euro R, It can be modify to fit the CL9 TSX. but expect to pay between $800 to $900 bucks.

Check Ebay for header TSX, they have DC Sports, Comptech, Weapon R, and Spoon header. I saw 1 Weapon R and Spoon on Ebay now, Check it out.

Weapon R cost $552.50 and Spoon cost $1,028.35.
I am not sure if Weapon R is good quality and performance or not.
Spoon is nice but a little different design.

I like my CT header, no rattles or anything on an 06 M/T, oh and for fedex, if you leave a note on your door with your signature they'll just drop it at the door....

Also I saw a J's Racing SPL header for TSX from www.aj-racing.com abd check it out. The price is a little expensive than other brand a like Mugen, Toda, Spoon, etc.
