go with NST they do both underdrive and overdrive with the pulleys which helps even out any underdrive issues. they give a good explanation on what it does on their website at http://www.nonstoptuning.com/pKitHonTSX.htm, you will see on the left there is a definitions section and you can see what it exactly does.

j/k. I have the UR 3pcs pulleys installed on my car last year, good gain, and no problem with full A/C on. Most of the time I only turn on the A/C 2 out of 5 @ 20C cause higher (fan rate) than that it's too cold.

I have never had any problems with any of my NST kits. Everything works flawlessly and my car has better response.

that is a belt number, which can be found at any autozone, o reily, pep boys, etc.
