Gas usage
People with my mods currently it seems that my gas is just going.
I have 2.5 inch piping, both resonators removed, cold air intake, voltage stabilzer, magnaflow mufflers. I also just did my spark plugs ngk laser iridium.
Any ideas ? Im thinking maybe one of the sensors, or if you think about it the more oxygen the engine gets the more gas is used

I do both spirited and punchin it ! I did recently took out the cat converter and put a open pipe in but that would not mess with the oxygen sensor being it was made specifically for my car. It was by fast lane i believe.

IIRC, there's an O2-sensor that plugs into the cat. Does the open pipe have an opening for that to stay in the pipe or remove the ability to sense and just send an 'okay' signal to the ECU so it doesn't throw a flag?

Yes it has an opening for the 02 sensor. This part was made for my car. Though it does send a fake signal to the ecu I believe because once you remove the cat doesnt the ecu come on normally, unless you put something similar to the cat in this case my open track pipe.

My guess is that, because there's a fake signal being used and the real O2 sensor is not actually being used, it's not able to adjust your ECU for proper fuel/air ratio when burning in the cylinder. The O2 sensor is used to detect how much fuel/air to mix when igniting and helps adjust for the best performance/efficiency.
