expected gains?

expected gains?
just making a list of the mods and i was wondering what expected gains i would achieve from intake, headers & a heatshield? what would you think the best bang for the buck for low end gains aswell?

You're looking at about 10 whp with those mods. If you're looking for low end gains, the intake will set you back in that area as most intakes see a drop between 2k and 3k rpms.

Pulleys seem to provide between 3 and 5 whp bump across the board.
And the intake depends on what kinds of gains you're looking to get. Use "typhoon" or "injen" or "icebox" as search terms to research the topics and see dyno graphs as it has been discussed pretty thoroughly. Each one has different characteristics that may or may not fit your needs.

Actually... While we're on the topic, are there any good mods to improve the low end? I only play above 5-6k rpms from time to time... I do realize Honda makes high-revving engines, but in moderate traffic, it really doesn't help...
