Question Exhaust Manifold Gaskets

Okay, I'm going to install a new exhaust manifold gasket with my new header I'm about to order. However, I found 2 part numbers... Can anyone explain the difference other than cost and... well, the part numbers being different?

Okay, I did some further research and I think I found the answer, so this has become more of an FYI.

18115-PNB-003 - TSX and shared with the USDM Accord
18115-PRB-A01 - TSX, RSX and shared with the USDM Accord

Funny thing is, the 2nd part number, shared with all, is more expensive.

Just a quick question. Is a new gasket required when putting in new header?

Not necessarily. I'm doing it because I don't want to hassle with it just in case it doesn't seal properly. I know the header comes with the hard ring gasket between the cat and itself, but not the gasket between the engine block and the header. For the $9 + shipping, I feel it is worth it. When I get my hi-flow cat, I'll replace the hard ring between the cat and my Comptech SS exhaust too.
