Hi guys, i was wondering what type of daylight bulb are we using for the TSX assuming 04-06 uses the same bulb? is it H1?

(i did a search on the headlights and almost all of them are related to the HIDs)

He's Canuck, so they're DRLs up there, not just straight high-beams.

I actually wish we US'ers had DRLs...

I bet you can do some sort of retrofit so the bulb and the housing will be like the DRL like the canadian models.

I bet you can do some sort of retrofit and rewiring so they become DRL and turn on without the HID's coming on together too. But it probably will require wiring and a separate switch for the DRL's like the canadian model.

But I have JDM foglights with Hoen Xenonmatch bulbs and are wired to turn on with just the parking lights too so they can kind of be DRL's for me.

Question: So the DRL bulbs are H1's? like the high beam bulb for the US model? How do they compare in the light output because i would think that the DRL would have less of a light output compared to the High beam bulbs.

probably run @ 40% power output like most DRLs
