if im not mistaken, the tsx engine is coded k24a2, which is not listed in the crower's page.. I would assume that the lift durations vary slightly... even if they physically fit, you might run into rough idling/not being able to extract maximum power... just as an example both the 1995-1999 eclipse turbos and all the lancers have 4g63's, but the cam and piston profiles are very different amount these engines even though they share the same engine codes

You're still going to need engine management.

I suppose there would be an issue since these are designed with only and intake cam having a VTEC profile involved. We have VTEC on both intake and exhaust profiles.

I contacted Brian Crower and they said that they have a stroker kit that is designed for the k24a2. Would you see any gains with just a reflash and if upgrading to a higher compression would I need to mod anything else for reliability?

the cams intended for the tsx engine are found on the k20a/k20z page http://briancrower.com/makes/honda/k20ak20z.shtml , not he page linked by OP. The stroker kit, STG-2 FI cams and CT supercharger would make for a fun tsx, however getting Hondata to flash an ECU just right with all those items would be tough to hit dead on. Oh the agony of DBW!!!
