if im not mistaken, the tsx engine is coded k24a2, which is not listed in the crower's page.. I would assume that the lift durations vary slightly... even if they physically fit, you might run into rough idling/not being able to extract maximum power... just as an example both the 1995-1999 eclipse turbos and all the lancers have 4g63's, but the cam and piston profiles are very different amount these engines even though they share the same engine codes

I contacted Brian Crower and they said that they have a stroker kit that is designed for the k24a2. Would you see any gains with just a reflash and if upgrading to a higher compression would I need to mod anything else for reliability?

the cams intended for the tsx engine are found on the k20a/k20z page http://briancrower.com/makes/honda/k20ak20z.shtml , not he page linked by OP. The stroker kit, STG-2 FI cams and CT supercharger would make for a fun tsx, however getting Hondata to flash an ECU just right with all those items would be tough to hit dead on. Oh the agony of DBW!!!
