blue LED's

for those who are interested...i bought these led's from ebay and installed them tonight...i have it hooked up to a switch so i can turn it off/on whenever i want to..its not too bright and very subtle..matches the oem blue accent lights we have..
here are the bulbs...

you can bend the ends which is a nice thing so you can angle it better...

...sorry for the crappy pics...

I had those in my Civic. I put them inside the air vents. The only complaint is have about them is sometimes the colors differ. Like 3 out of 4 might be blue and one is a lighter shade of blue. I had the same type of problem when they came out with their underbody led lightbar kit. Otherwise I installed a couple of dozen of them in my friends rides and they never burnt out. I heard that the ones from SteetGlow dont last long and aren't as bright as the varad ones.

funny you say that..i only installed 2 of them...the drivers side is the bluest out of the 4 and the rest look blue but when it shines on the floor it has a greenish tint to it...i contacted the seller to see if he can send another set or at least 1 that would match...other than that it looks very nice..

i bought speaker wires (24gauge)..hooked it up to the led's and the switch provided..then used one of the empty spots in the fuse box(inside the car) and used a 3amp fuse...also found a screw located underneath the steering wheel for my ground...led's also came with double sided tape for mounting ..so no need to drill..basically thats it..

I did the same thing... although I didn't get to finish before the accident. Except I wired them into the doors so I have some that only turn on when the doors are open.
