I just had a set of Eibach Pro-Kits installed and the wheel to fender gap in the front is larger than in the rear. When I measured the jackpoints with a ruler, the car appeared level. The shop that did the install said the gap may be because newer cars are built with slightly higher front ends. Is the larger gap in the front normal, or did the shop mix up the front and rear springs?

i.e. the eibach pro kit drops the front 1.6" and the back only 1.4", but even on my car with 18's, the back has less wheel gap than the front, even thought the front is acutally lower...whatever...get 19" wheels and you won't have a gap either way hehe

thanks for your reply. but the problem is the front does not seem lower than the rear. finger gap wise the front is like 3 fingers and the rear is 1. i understand that the fender gap in the front is larger than the rear but everyone else i talked to so far said all their gaps are pretty even. i am just a little confuse cause the front seems higher than when it was on stock springs.

Oh yeah, my drop was the same way initially. The front was way higher than the back. I've had the Pro-Kit for a couple months now and all is well.
Here is a pic from a few days after the springs were installed. You can definitely see the wheel gap that has since disappeared completely.
