i already know the cell counts but but does 400 (2006) to 200 (supposedly) make much of a difference especially coming from my 900? also will i want to get this installed BEFORE going hondata+headers and intake, or does it not matter?

welp... i bought the rt high flow lol. so with this, dc header, and comptech intake, would i be able to straddle for a while without a tune? i'd really hate to spend so much money at once :/ (although the gains will be PHENOMINAL )

You will be fine to install and run....until you get a tune. VitViper is really good for an etune.
