Thumbs up WOW! Good deal in the Northeast?

Hello you Acura owners!

My first post in this forum. Been reading this place for a while, and decided to join today. I do not have a TSX yet, but may soon enough!

Here's a response I got from using the e-mailing "tactic". Is this hot or cold? Appears to be in the upper-end of hotness, but times could be 'a changin' ...

Dear Mr. Willis,
The 2004 Acura TSX with Nav is $29,035. The fog lights cost me
$408.75 installed, the $359 price you have is parts without labor. All
of our Acura's come with Acura wheel locks for $69. The total price of
the TSX you'd like is $29,512.75. I am willing to offer one to you for
$28,169. We have a $139 doc fee that gives you a 20 day NH temp plate,
inspection sticker and the paper work you'll need for the state/town. If
you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Thank you,
xxxx xxxxxxx ISM

Are the foglights in this car worth it considering that I hear the HID lights are pretty strong? If I didn't want it, do you think that he'll take the $480.75 off the price, or alittle bit less?

One last question. I plan on buying the ground skirts on eBay and doing it myself, will the lights be a trouble area to work around? Thanks guys! You've been great!!

You can leave the fogs off the car without losing too much. How bright your regular lights are have little to do with seeing in foggy situations. Properly aimed fog lights do not reflect light off the fog as much as regular driving lights, giving you better vision. Fogs are not just for show, but you can live without them.

ps. people driving in clear conditions with there fogs on are using them just for show.
