Wood Trim Kit Interior Pics
This is similar to the Metal trim kit that turns everything black, metal. Here it turns it all into the fake wood. Here are the pics:

I think if I absolutely had to have wood trim instead of metal, I'd prefer a darker shade, rather than the citrus grain that is currently offered. On an ebony interior, a cherry trim wouldn't be bad, IMO.

Well, the wood would look better if darker, but the parchment needs to be more brown instead of more white like it looks. I think the leather of the parchment is just too damn light. It as well as the wood needs to be darker, then it woudln't look as bad.

Wonder if it starts peeling after a few years?

If you think that's bad, you guys should see the "wood-look steering wheel" Very poorly executed. The car I test drove had it (along with the extra wood kit and every other option).

One more vote FOR the parchment/plood
Well, I guess I'm one of the few people on this earth who purchased a parchment interior on purpose. Hey it's less hot in the summer, the car looks bigger than those draped in black, and you can actually see the perforations in the seats.
The plood, I could take it or leave it. To me, it's not a deal-breaker. I drove a 1993 Nissan Altima for eight years, and it had the same weird orange strip of plood across the dash. They changed it to a darker pattern for the following model years. Seems they got a lot of complaints about the orange...
Just chalk me up there with men who drive Meteor Silver as a defiant minority on this board.

The reason that I did NOT get the red TSX is because it only comes in parchment w/ the fake wood, I think that look is not good. The contrast between the black dash, fake orange wood, and tan (really yellow looking) leather is nasty IMO! That's just my tastes though, I really like the all black with aluminum look trim!
