I'd think the sides and rear would but i doubt the front will work...?

Aside from the side skirts, the rest will not fit.

 

the front and rear bumpers are different on the 06's so if you dont do some major modifications i WONT FIT...If you have an 04-05 and want the 06 look...go to kingmotorsports.com....the closest is the modulo front fascia or however u spell that (bumper)

 

I am not sure how body kits are attached to the car, nor what stock trim is removed. But the stock side skirts are different between '04/'05 and the '06; the '06 flares out whereas the the '04/'05 flares in. Again, I am not sure how this would affect any after-market side skirts, but I thought I would post this anyways.

 

I believe only the side ones will fit. Since the 06 front and rear bumpers are slightly different than the years before. The 04-05 bodykit will have trouble fitting. The only reason the sides will fit is because i believe the side skirts are removed and replaced prior to installing the bodykit.

 

also, the 06 has bigger headlights.....so i think you would have to swap in 05 headlights and hood.
