Who's using premium gas and who's not???
#45
The avg difference between the regular and premium gas is about 30 cents. Let's say you drive an avg 350 miles a week, that's 14 gallons. 14 gallons * 30 cents= $4.20/week * 52 weeks a year = $218.40 over a year! Fill it premium and rev it!

89-91 for me (depends on station).
Basically I use the medium grade, or "plus."
Never regular, and not premium.
This only because the TSX is my commuter, and a lease.
Otherwise I'd prolly use Super/Premium.
EDIT: You know what, I'm gonna try Premium next time and see if I can feel a difference.

92 Premium at WAWA, always the best price. Even cheaper than the Exxon down the street that has premium on sale mon and thurs for .06 off!
Never ever had an issue with wawa gas, car sounds/performs fine.

i've tried everything from 87 to 93 and mileage is identical nomatter what, so i just use 87. not worth spending the extra money on premium if you have no use for it. it's only a honda after all. would prob. run on crisco.

Holy sh!t I would never use anything in a vehicle that required 91+ octane other than 91+ octane. I actually make it a point to put in 93 and pay a couple cents more than going to a 92 octane discount gasoline station.

Modern engines can compensate for lower than recommended octane. However, you're making your engine do extra work to keep it from knocking. Most things I've read indicate that in the long run it's harder on your engine.
