Who has rotated their tires?
For those that have, how was your tire wear and what miles were on your car?
Anyways, I noticed a huge difference after the rotation at 12k miles, the handling was so much tighter, the ride felt somewhat smoother and the overall feel felt much better. So to those that have yet to rotate their tires, do it!

Rotated at 12,000 miles. Significant wear in the front. (No, I don't beat on my ride & spin the tires.) I think Winter driving took its toll on the fronts. Rear looked like brand new.

I rotated at 10K. I have concerns that these tires arn't going to last very long. Fronts had alot of wear.
I don't beat it, but I drive somewhat agressively. How can you not drive this car somewhat agressively. It begs to be used aveytime I drive it.

Yeah same here. I think the tires will last at least 40k miles though, which isn't bad.
The NJ/NY roads are way too rough for the wear to be minimal. I expected the wear to be somewhat greater than it should be. And I also don't drive the car aggressively.

I rotated at 16,000km and again at 24,000 km. Little noticeable difference between F/R at 16K, but I had a lot more wear on the fronts from about 20+ autocross runs in between 16k and 24k.

Can't wait to drive
There is more wear and "rounding off" of the edges of the front tires in FWD cars. When you rotate "late" (like 12k or more), the worn tire goes to the rear..and the rear tires (that are not as worn) has more tire edge when you corner. That's why it feels more "nimble" after you rotate tires. I prefer to rotate my tires more frequently...like 3500 miles, but I do it myself to save money. :P

I usually save those manuevers for rental cars or when I want to display my all-show no-go skills at an autoX

I actually rotated them because my steering wheels needed to be dragged to the right to go straight.
Although the ride felt better, the steering issue hasn't changed. Anyone experience the same kind of problem? Or is it my alignment?

If you drive your car agressively, you should rotate your car more frequently. I do it often because I can actually feel my front tires wearing out from my agressive cornering :P
