What's your pick on color?

What's your pick on color?
I was wondering what you guyz think is the best color on the tsx. I'm debating between the nighthawk black with ebony interior and the carbon gray with ebony interior. Both are in stock, and I just have to tell them which one I want and I can pick it up in a few days. Thanx!

Both nice. A sales guy from whom I almost bought had the CG + navi (not sure about interior) and said that NHB eventually gets those sworls. Plus, NHB shows dust really readily. But maintenance / cleaning aside, NHB is a badass color.
I got CG + navi + quartz. Ebony wasn't available. CG was my first choice for exterior.
Either is sweet.

i got the nighthawk black. does anyone notice that if the sun is hitting the car at the rite angle that it looks like a navy blue.
anyway, the color is really sweet ONLY when it's clean. when ur done cleaning, the car is like a mirror. fantastic i tell you.
just like dnl2ba said, u will get swirl marks. no matter how hard u try, u will get them.
the carbon grey is also sweet but.....i think the color looks best on a BMW. have u ever seen a BMW in that similar color?!!??
just my opinion.
good luck with your decision.

just giving you the heads up, there are A LOT of CGs out there. I was about to get a CG but it was going to take about 2 months, went with the black that came in a week later. Saw a CG at work today. Someone just bought it, my first time seeing it at work.... arg, but I still got it first. I was sort of glad I didn't get the CG because it actually turns out a lot lighter than I had thought.
Congrats and good luck!

Yeah, CG was lighter than I expected. Also, seems like there's a bunch out there (though not quite as many as SSM). The sales guy who sold me the CG tried to tell me it was the rarest.
My CG rarely looks really gray. Even today under overcast skies, it looked like it had a little blue tint with some green from the windows. Till now, I'd blamed the blue tint on the reflection from the sky. Looks much more of a dark gray at night (no more color tint).

AB and red make the car look sportier. All the other cars bring out more of the classy aspects of the car.
Soooo.. depending on which you're going for, a classy or sportier look, choose accordingly.

I have the meteor silver, and love it. But, I also like the Artice Blue and the White a lot. If I didn't have the Meteor Silver, I'd probably go for the blue.

I had the same two first choices you did, but my dealer couldn't find either in a 6mt.
I ended up going with my third choice (Arctic Blue), but the dealer helped to console me by throwing in a DVD/MP-3 player with a flip-down panel TV.
You really dont notice the color while you are driving

forget black...you may regret it. Sure- it looks good at the dealer but just wait till YOU have to clean it all the time to keep that same look. Not to mention how swirls show up more and more after each wash. It's a classy color, just a real bitch to maintain..
It's also a heat magnet...try opening the hood on a hot day..Ouch!!
I like red the best

Just because i dont like your 'almighty' SSM because they are all over the place, you have to get all defensive.
If you cant handle peoples different opinions, then i dont see why you are even here..........

Besides, just because silter is a popular color doesn't mean it shouldn't be used. The only other tsx color worth mentioning is CG.

...still waiting to order mine, and at this point in time it still looks like it will be a pearl white with the ebony interior. My son and I were by an Acura dealer the other night and all the color choices were on the lot to compare, it had rained in the afternoon and all the darker colors showed off their dust spots, whereas the silver and white cars still looked clean by comparison, with the white standing out as the clear champion in staying clean looking. I have been living with a dark green Acura for the past four years and I can tell you it has been a major pain to try and keep it clean, my previous car was white and our Odyssey is "taffeta white", so you would have thought the change was welcome, it was when it was new and shiny, but the novelty soon wore off after trying to keep it that way. I have always admired the pearl white when I saw it on something else, so when the new TSX came with that as one of the colors it was a pretty fair guess which one I'd choose...

CG/Quartz here.
The benefit of CG is that it NEVER looks dirty. My car is filthy right now due to rain, and you can't tell, it still looks purty.
I have had a black car (Civic SI) and the damn thing looked dirty all the time, plus it's hot in the Houston heat.
If Milano Red had come with Quartz interior, I would have bought that.

The only cool colors are the black, red, blue. Dark gray looks cool too. All the other colors just ruin the car. Dull! Boring! The color just doesn't shine!!! The ugliest is the white and the light bluish silver whatever color that I saw on the road the other day. They also had to add that extra words to a color like Arctic Blue!
