since you've installed the parts already... can't you test the 0-60 and quarter mile by yourself and estimate the ideal times yourself?

All cars are differently. Dyno it before and after, and you'll get the answer specifically for your car.

the main power and torque increase comes at about 6K RPM if my memory serves me right...peak power is relatively unchanged but expect to see max increase of about 15 hp give or take. The power delivery will be smoothed out and you will definately feel the power increase. One of the best mods from what people are saying...The intake will add a few ponies when used in conjunction with the reflash and you should see an increase in torque and hp throughout the power band. Headers will also give you power and adding a cat will help out even more.

I still haven't bought one but will soon. Ive just done a ton of research and contacted a dealer here in socal who answered a ton of questions.

I hope this helps (Im a newbie and only have the Injen CAI as a mod)

godfather2 showed you where to find the dynos for the reflash. That will show you the HP increase at various rpms. figure you'll get around 7 hp from your intake (search for Injen dyno if you want details of how many hp at what rpm). As for 0-60, stock 04AT was published at 9.2 sec. We all figure the correct number is more like 8.5 sec. Figure the reflash/intake combo will shave .8 to 1 sec. off that so you're probably looking at high 7s.

I guess people just hate helping dishonest people. Your fisrt post said installed the reflash, then on your second post u said had it order. I wonder how you order a reflash.
I not suprise people aren't helping u.

There is more help and info to be had at this site than any other I've found, about cars or otherwise. The topics you're asking about have been covered time and time again. A quick search should provide you with more info than you can digest in a single sitting.

Don't cry. It will not endear you to the locals...
