What shops can install the front license frame over the clear bra?

Does anyone know a place (in So. Cal.) where I can get my front license plate frame installed on my car over the clear bra? I am getting concerned about getting a fix-it ticket in Southern California. How are other people getting around this with their clear bra in So. Cal.? Thanks for your response.

Front bracket shouldn't have anything to do with a clear bra. Doesn't the front bracket just screw on? Mine did. Did your installer install over the screw holes or something strange like that?

Yeah, it looks like the bra went over the screw holes. Would I be able to have a shop cut holes through the bra so that I can screw the brackets on?

I would take it back to the same shop and tell them to fix their screw up. They cannot legally block your ability to install the liscence plate bracket since it's a legal requirement to have it.

Unfortunately, it was done in Oregon and I just moved back to Southern California. I guess my only choice would be to remove that section of the clear bra and re-clear bra it at another shop. Damn. I should of noticed this after they put it on.

The screw holes are actually underneath the front and not on the exterior of the car so it was not clear barred. I should be fine, right? I should be able to attach the front license frame on.
