What is my 04 TSX worth?
Greetings all:
I will be selling my 2004 TSX NBP/Parch/5at/NAV in the next few weeks. It has 39K miles and is in excellent condition, no accidents, one owner, adult driven, no mods. What should I list it for?
It has 4 new tires (sept '06), Toyo proxes. It also has 2 new rear brake pads.
This car needs nothing at this time. It has no problems and is under warranty until December 22nd, 2007 or 50K miles.
I live in the Atlanta area and plan to list it for $21.5K. Is this a fair price?
Thanks for your time and input.

KBB suggests a private party value of 22.6K in atlanta for excellent condition car. Please note that the only accessory i added in was navigation. I am not sure whether 2004 models have bluetooth built in or not. If your car has bluetooth, it may be additional 2-3 hundred more.
That's a good resale value, i'd say

It does not have bluetooth or memory seats. I will start at 22K and go from there. The Acura dealer has offered me 19.5K cash weather I buy a car from them or not.

wow, normally dealers don't offer that much money (having had awful selling experiences for my previous cars, infiniti G20, Volkwagon Jetta and Mitsubishi Galant)..but I guess Acura is a cut above everything that I have owned so far. Love my tsx and love "Acura" brand.

What do you plan on replacing it with?

335i: fun to drive, I love the exterior, but the interior is LAME for the extra 10K. The one I drove had nav/sport/premium. MSRP was 48K. Great car, but not worth the price to have the BMW name.
IS350: Great handling, nice styling inside and out. More expensive than the TL-s and G35, felt a little too soft driving around town (a plus to some).
G35: very fun to drive, great handling, refreshing interior (relative to the '06), has new modern features like intellegent key, power steering column, push button start. The G is a sports car for those with families. (like me)
TL-s: Known Honda reliability, still fun to drive, larger back seat, neat red interior lights at night.
I am leaning toward the G, but my wife really likes the TL.

makes sense to me, they're probably just gonna wash it and then roll it out onto the lot and sell it as "certified" for 24k or so.

G35 sport/premium/nav (without tech package) MSRP $38,600. I have not started negotiations yet. Infiniti is having their winter sales event starting this weekend. Hopefully they can match the Acura 4.9% for 60 months.
TL-S: MSRP 38,795. Acura dealer already willing to go down to 36,800.
You are correct about deals on the G35, but it is december and a sale is a sale. I need to find the "hungry" Infiniti salesman. The kind of salesman that is sort of annoying because they call you all the time, but in the end they will bug the crap out of their sales manager to get you a deal.
