Want to change air filter in my TSX
Can anyone tell me if the TSX air filter is the same size as the new 7th gen Accord air filters or the 6th Gen Accord ones?

I saw an ad in a car magazine that said you can change to their air filter and add about 5-10hp to your car. So, I may buy it for $25 bucks.

I guess you are talking about a K and N filter? Wont give you any extra HP, but its a good filter and is washable.

oh man, that commercial then is bs then about adding some extra hp.

It all depends on what the car comes with from the factory. There is no doubt that K&N filters offer more performance over the normal paper filters.
