I noticed when you start the car, one of the icons on the gauge that shows up is the "VSA" one. The "!" shows up too.

When I push off the VSA button, the "!" icon comes on to tell me when the VSA is off. Ok i get that part.

So when does the "VSA" icon come on? Whats that icon for? I have never seen the "VSA" pop up except for when turning on the car.

The VSA light will flicker or come on when its being used. So if you spin your tires or slide out on a turn you should see that light.

The VSA light glows when there is a malfunction with the system. It may glow in tandem with the ABS light.

While the VSA system is actually doing something, the "/!\" symbol will flash, but it flashes rather slowly, so you may miss it while you're busy looking out the windshield.
