Question Value of my '04 TSX?

I am the original owner of my 2004 Acura TSX purchased May 2004. 120k miles Automatic, Charcoal gray with gray leather seating , moon roof, CD , heated seats, all stock, no tinted windows. I have never had major problems with the car until this year.

This year:
  • replaced starter
  • replaced back wheel bearing
  • had car fully painted because of bad white patches (same original color) and front grill replaced last month
  • had transmission rebuilt last month
  • alignment a week or so ago
  • today the AC clutch fell off and tomorrow, I am having the AC compressor replaced. ugh!
other than that,
  • the passenger side door auto lock does not work
  • the driver's side heated seat doesnt work
  • the back seats look like new but the drivers front seat has some wear
  • drivers visor does not stay up
  • if it was detailed inside would look pretty good for an '04
  • new tires in Jan 2013
  • new battery Jan 2013
  • front brake pads need to be replaced soon
  • slight ding (about 1/2 inch now) on windshield
Opinions on private, resale value (not trade in)??

No idea, but I can tell you that I sold my 05 last January (so 2 model years newer, then) w/ 178K miles on it and it was all original and perfect (and I was the original owner). Full maintenance history, with no repairs other than wear and tear items and the catalytic converter heat shield. Brakes, tires, exhaust, and the battery were all good, everything worked, so the car needed nothing. I got $7K and it took me almost 8 months on AutoTrader (w/ tons of pictures and one of the most well written ads you might find on there) to get that. You do the math, and my guess is that it's not a pretty picture.

I've got a 2006 RBP with 110,100 miles on it currently. I'm probably going to DIY replace the passenger door actuator, tires are fairly new but it might need new rear brakes/rotors (do you guys normall replace them both or just pads?), and the dealership said the exhaust shield needs to be replaced (they wanted $300). I am car shopping and almost took it in to see what I'd get on a trade, but I'm interested how they are doing private party, as I'm not in a rush at the moment.

I had 140k on my 04 TSX and when I traded it in, I had a worn passenger side ball joint (needed a new upper control arm), rear brakes were down to 1mm so new rotors and pads, a new catalytic converter cover, passenger side door actuator was not working. I had new Enkei wheels from January and tires from 2012. Although I didn't have any transmission or starter issues, I got 5k for my trade in.
