Unibody Damage on AutoCheck report - run the other way?

I'm looking into buying a TSX first generation. After spending some time researching, I found a 2007 AT non-nav with 38k miles on it that I can purchase for $15,000. It's one of the better deals I have found, but there's a problem.

I ran an AutoCheck report on it and found that it was in an accident.

The AutoCheck reports has the following information:
11/26/2009 IRVINGTON, NJ Accident Source LEFT REAR IMPACT WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE

(Case #:09-87370)
05/27/2010 EASTERN REGION 38,317 Auto Auction REPORTED AT AUTO AUCTION
05/31/2010 EASTERN REGION 38,317 Auto Auction AUCTION ANNOUNCED AS FLEET/LEASE
06/03/2010 EASTERN REGION Auto Auction AUCTION ANNOUNCED AS UNIBODY DAMAGE

I have a moderate knowledge of cars, and I inspected the parts of the vehicle that I
could visually. However, I was not able to really see under the car. I drove the car
and noticed in pulling to the right slightly. I do not have an auto body place in the area of the car dealership (an hour or so from my house).

If you were in my shoes what would you do? Run the other direction? Try to get a comfort level that the car was sufficiently repaired?

Just because the auction announced it as having unibody damage doesn't mean it has such damage. Even so, I'd avoid it. There are enough others out there, and they aren't so expensive that you'd have to settle for a badly wrecked vehicle.
