Got a good deal from Open Road and had a very positive experience.
Will reserve final judgement until car is delivered.

Not that I'm looking for freebies or handouts, but when you screw a customer over this badly, I expect some type of compensation, whether it be through accessories, service (oil changes), or lastly, discounts.
They were reluctant to even offer a loaner.
When they said they'd offer a refund, that tells me they don't want to do what it takes to keep me as a customer. They'd just rather not deal with me.

i actually asked the finance manager: "what are you going to do to keep me as a customer?"
his response was something about how they reserved the car for me, and won't sell it to anyone else ahead of me.
i was stunned.
i bet the look on your face seeing the automatic was similar to the look on mine NOT seeing the navigation screen. I was just like: "where's the....ummm, why isn't? where is it?"
salesman was noticeably upset and disappointed that the Salesmanager f'd it up.
they lost my sale later that day, got Open Road of Wayne to beat their newly "adjusted" price. since i decided to not take the underbody kit.
My stupity, didn't get anything extra thrown in, so now i'll be paying for the mats, trunk tray, cargo net. but hopefully online.
whatever though, i'm done haggling at this point.
