JDM means japanese domestic market. Basically stuff you could get if you lived in Japan, this would be brands like Volk, Spoon, Phase etc.

USDM would be us domestic market, brands we can get natively, like comptech, neuspeed, eibach

EDM would be european domestic market, not very relevent to our car. But you see that more often for bimmers, benz etc.
