Hey All. New to this forum, but I have been browesing around since the newest purchase of an 06' TSX. Yes, the name says it all. Its the girlfriends, got it to replace her RX8. Hoping to start doing some modifications to TSX. Nice little car! Anyway. We are located in Omaha Nebraska & I was wondering if anyone knows of any Tuning shops in the area or close by? Thanks for the help in advance.

 

Welcome to AZ, could i ask what happened to the RX-8? How do you like the TSX now compared to the RX-8?

 

Unfortunatly she purchased the RX8 & got an automatic. A lot has changed & she realized the RX8, being damn near weightless does not get any traction in the winter. Also, being an automatic is was completely ball-lles . The TSX we bought is also an auto but it is a lot better in my opinion. Now, had she had a 6 MAN, we would have kept it & thrown a turbo on it & made it a summer car. We also need a car thats get good gas mileage since the drive has jumped up to 45 miles one way.

 

Your name says TL, but your post says TSX. Which is it?

As for tuning shops, I have no idea. All I know is that your city has nice steaks =)

 

HA Ha. Thats a great point. We bought a TSX but Ive been googling over a TL as a trade in for my LS.. Well damn.. Wonder if I can fix this..

 

btw, have you tried the phonebook. That's the first place i would look for performance parts locally. I know Omaha isn't a big city compared to like L.A., New York etc.. if you're looking for TSX parts you might have to order from the internet.
