TSX 56,865 Miles for 19,900 GOOD? ? ?
I was going to get a 04 tsx with navi 26,000 miles for 22,500 but the guy doesnt have the pink slip.
I found a light blue 04 tsx with navi that I can probably get down to 19,500. But the car has 56,865 miles on it? Would this be a good deal? Thanks

since the car can only be 2-3 years old tops...those 56,000 miles are most def highway miles so its not as bad as say 56,000 street miles. I'd say just check out the cars history and make sure everything is okay and that the car has been taken care of (maintenence wise) and you should be okay.

i saw
the car fax report and its clean according to that.
im planning to drive this car for a LONG time (im a teacher) so i cant afford a new car and i was looking between the tsx and c230 but this seems so much more reliable.
so im guessing the mileage isnt TOO bad?

I checked your situation at edmunds.com and they appraise an 04 TSX certified used at $22,807 if you were to buy it from a dealership, with that said I think for $19,000 your getting a deal. Go for it

I think the TSX gets better gas mileage than any MB so if your going to be driving alot, that should be a big consideration being that IRAN has got your gas prices soaring.

Im trying to debate if the 3000 dollar difference makes up for the 30,000 difference in miles.
I would guess in the long scheme of things, 30,000 miles isn't much but all the cars I've ever had were purchased with over 80,000 miles on it and for once I'd like something that isn't 4-5 years old when I buy it with tons of miles on it.
I guess I'm wondering if the 30,000 mile difference will take away a year or two of extra driving that I may be able to get out of the car in the future.

lol...to get back to your question, stay away from the Mercedes, you'll be plagued with electrical problems. As someone said, Honda's are reliable and my sister's '92 Honda is living proof of that at 200,000 miles currently, we bought it at 92,000 miles in 1999. Just keep the maintenance on your TSX and it should serve you well and into your future.
