you have so many choices these days. so many great cars are in the market. to name few for you these can be your choices
* Acura RL
* Lexus GS350 AWD
* Infiniti G35x
* Infiniti M35x
* Chrysler 300C AWD
i don't prefer bimmers. my friend's family only buys bimmers but all of there cars are in the shop for warranty work for at least two months a year. but they still buys bimmers only

I still say infiniti G35 S! me and my dad test drove (yes i drove too) both the x and s and the S was my favorite in my opinion and my dads obviously since he decided to purchase it, the the styling is a little different in the front (the lower grill is different) the paddle shifters are spot on, the leg extensions in the seat i thought to be dumb at first but they actually do help in a way, the wheels are very sporty/classy (and unlike his coupes, arent showing much break dust which is a huge plus since i wash it sometimes), the sound system in both is just amazing to me, very clear and you feel as if you are in a theater, the navigation is awesome, the interior stiching on the seats and wheel adds a nice flare, just all around i love that car! and thus far infiniti has provided rather amazing service for my dads previous two coupes and is still doing a great job for his sedan!

G35 will be too cramped with the 2 kids, if you think that the TSX is too small. In order of preference, IMHO:
- Infiniti M45 (or M35x)
- Acura RL (that "Mugen-ized" RL on the first page was awesome!)
- Lexus GS350
- BMW 5-series...
- Infiniti M45 (or M35x)

I would recommend the infiniti M or the Lexus GS. My friend had one of the new 5 series and complained about how it always needed service and gave him some problems. But then again it could have just been his car. One car shouldn't be an indication how the entire line.

I told him to chill with the low-ballin! 
he did not budge! I drove off like I just bought a new 06 cause I had just detailed my TSX before going in! I will wait and see what happens with the 08-09 TSX!TSX Owner!

On a more serious note...sell the car yourself. Go to edumunds.com and input your car into their "TMV" (True Market Value) engine and see what you should be getting for it. The dealer is gonna tell you your Bentley is worth 50 bucks if you allow them to, dont play that game.
