Tire Warranty
Anyone know what the mileage warranty is on the stock tires? Also, does the TSX come with road hazard coverage on the tires?
I rotated my tires today and found a sheet metal screw and quickly disappearing tread in the front. Owner's manual says rotate at 10K miles, but the tire manufacture says rotate at 6K miles. I guess I should have listened to the manufacture.
Also noticed my front brake pads are just about gone.

I currently have about 30,000 miles on my summer tires, which I just put back on yesterday. They are not at 50% wear still, so I expect a good 60,000 miles from them.
If you have excessive wear on your front tires and it bothers you, it could mean you should change your driving habits. If not, don't be surprised about what happens.
On my last maintenance, the service manager explained to me that despite having then 65,000km / 40,000 miles, I had a 20% brake pad wear. Which is not bad at all.

I think a combination of the stop-and-go traffic I experience going to and from work as well as having to climb hills in the winter weather (and unfortunately spin the tires to get up the numerous hills when it's snow covered) is having a nasty effect on my tires & brakes. Not much I can do I guess - other than move.

I don't know about the US but in Canada there is no warranty of any kind on the tires. I've already had to pay for a nail repair and replace a tire with a bubbled sidewall.
