tiny dots on nav screen
Hey gang:
2005 question: I keep seeing tiny dots on my nav screen and for the life of me I can't figure out what they represent. They look like . . . . .
At first, I thought it signified train tracks but no tracks were where the dots are ... Power lines I thought???
Any ideas?

Try a search for "breadcrumbs"

correct, that is called "bread crumbs". They leave a trail if you go somewhere that there is not a road so you can find your way back. prob is sometimes when you first start the car and the navi is a lil disoriented, it will leave bread crumbs in funny spots.
you can turn them on and off by going into your setup and finding the "off road tracking" (or something like that) setting.

Let me help you!
It does it near Yermo on the way between LA and Vegas (heading toward Vegas). I'm definitely on the road, but the navi thinks I'm offroading there lol. So you could have just been driving nearby and the navi thought you were somewhere else...
