Timeless looks, 2006 TSX

Timeless looks....2006 TSX

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was recently out of town for two weeks, I flew.

Upon return, I was kind of brain dead standing in front of the airport waiting for my wife to pick me up.

To pass the time I was casually looking at cars and commenting to myself,
"Nice car, junk box, Ford escort POS, Dodge Stratus POS, Gas sucking behemoth, Nice car,"
and suddenly a freshly washed Dark Blue coupe pulled up and I said "wow" lucky person , that is a great looking car.

lucky guy.....turned out it was my wife with my 2006 tsx, freshly washed..I just did not recognize it immediately (call it a senior moment).

Point being, the TSX definitely is a timeless, classy ride.

Now if they screwed up the 2009......I will be ecstatic for a long time

I'm still impressed by the styling almost 5 years later.

I think you can more or less be ecstatic. I don't think the 09 will make the first gen look dated whatsoever.

But we'll know for sure tomorrow.

I think it will be like the new versus old MDX, they look far enough apart that the new one doesn't make any kind of statement about the old. It doesn't look like a correction, it looks like an entirely new direction of styling.
