They sold my ssm tsx!
I have been waiting patiently for my ssm tsx. The delivery date was suposed to be 7/28/03. My car was going to be a dealer exchange from PA., and shipped to Maryland where I live. I have just been informed that the dealer in Pensylvania sold my car before it was exchanged! To say the least I'm a little pissed off after being promised the car. Good news is however, I will hopefully be buying a carbon gray tsx on saturday 7/26/03, fingers crossed!

I love the CG but I just did a temp check and it made me go over
to the SSM.
I live in Fl and nothing worse then climbing into a super heated
car.
SSM was my close #2 so it will fill the bill fine.

I wonder if your dealer trade and my dealer trade were from the same dealer in PA? And it's kind of interesting that I originally wanted CG, but now I'm getting SSM; but you're doing the exact opposite! :P

the CG is very nice.. classy too.
But..
this shade of grey is quickly becoming very popular everywhere, and therefore, maybe a little too common. Another example of this is the Mazda 6. Hands down, the #1 color people are buying is steel grey (very similar to the CG).
That would be my only reservation in picking the color... it may soon become the new "silver".

Of course, with dealer swaps and trades, any number of good or dubious things can happen.

I don't think I've ever heard this, and I wouldn't think it would be so.
BTW, a little off the subject, but: Do you realize you can open the windows remotely?

It has been true that darker colors attract more light. Something like that at least. I don't think it makes that much of a difference but i think it does. Although i would really like to find out how much difference.

I have a CG with Ebony interior. We have fairly hot and humid days in Ohio and there are 2 BIG things to watch out for that maybe other colors don't:
1. Grab the leather on the shifter knob on a sunny day, cool or not. That little f***er can get hot.
2. The most surprising to me, the sunglass holder acts like a microwave on your sunglasses. I actually burned my nose a little when I first got the car and used the sunglass holder.
