I know there are all those ones from ebay and what not that use the 3M tape to apply, but I was wondering if anyone has heard of a bolt on.

Later down the road, after I've done everything to my car that I want, the last thing I'm gonna do is get a custom paint job. I will almost need it to be bolt on if I was to get one so it can be completely flush with the trunk.

I wouldn't want to have to deal with paint the spoiler separate and it never work out.

huh?, why don’t you just buy the ones from eBay, the 3M ones and just colour match it to your custom paint job and re-apply with 3M tape? I don’t understand why it has to be bolt on and I don’t think they make a lip style bolt on; you’re going to have to go with a full rear spoiler.

I agree, wtf? Please tell me you're not going to do the stripes down the middle of the car!! It might look ok on other cars, but the TSX?

I was trying to think of ways for how stripes on the TSX MIGHT work... but since you said you need your spoiler to be painted with it..then it's for certain that the stripe will be on top of the car, giving me the impression that you're gonna give it the Dodge Viper paint scheme. Please don't do that >_>

Can't sell what???
The spoiler?? The car???

I don't intend on taking it off....ever. And later down the road when I plan on selling my TSX (quite a while from now) if whoever's interested can't stand the spoiler....they can deal with. I'm not worried about it.

Yes, there is a bolt-on lip spoiler available, and it's a genuine Honda part. Trouble is, it's not available through Honda and Acura dealers in North America. It can be obtained, though, if you are willing to pay the high price. I assume you can still get it through Mr. Heetoe.
Here's a pertinent thread from years ago. (Too bad the OP's photos aren't still with it.) To many of us, this has always been the best-looking lip spoiler for the first-gen TSX. (It looks very similar to the OEM lip spoiler for the TL.) Note that contrary to what the OP says initially, the spoiler does bolt on. Scroll down to post #30 to read his confirmation of that. Scroll to post #110 to see a photo.

There's another, not-great photo in post #12 here.
