I know it is supposed to be a 17 gallon tank but everytime I go to the pump on empty, I get only 14. Are they hiding 3 gallons to make sure people don't run out of gas?

How many gallons does it take to fill your tanks?

whenever i pump gas, i usually put around 12 gallons or so. i never let it get too low.

yes. it takes a little more than 12 gallons when the light first comes on

Check out your trip computer, it tells you exactly how many miles left you can push it to before it's really empty....
