Sportrack Dedicated Ski/snowboard Roof Rack
Ski season is quickly approaching and i'd like to get a ski/snowboard roof rack.
Has anyone tried to use a Sportrack/Barrecrafters Sierra SX 11 or SX 12 ski/snowboard rack. This is a dedicated ski/ snowboard rack. If so, did you have any issues mounting it on an 05 TSX?
If any of you have successfully installed either of these racks (my preference is the SX12), advice and pics would greatly be appreciated.
thanks!

I've never seen these in person, but the hinges and mounting surfaces look pretty flimsy and low quality... and they don't look very aerodynamic either. Have you had experience with this rack on other vehicles? If you're looking for a quality but more cost effective solution that carries 6 sets of skis / 4 snowboards on your TSX, pick up a 2003-05 Honda Accord Sedan OEM rack (~$200), and pair it with your choice of attachment from Thule, Yakima, or 2 sets of OEM mounts. All together, it would probably run you about $350. I realize that Thule/Yakima racks are expensive, and the SX11/12 is only $160+ all in... but I'd imagine that you'd want to put quality stuff on top of your $30k sedan.
