If you're referring to the suspension, it depends where you get it. A dealer could charge you upwards of $1500-2K to install it. It can be had on the web for $600 + shipping, however. You could then install it yourself or have it done for ~$200.
Same for the bodykit. ~$1200-1500 installed by a dealer, but it can be had for as low as $825 on the web, and it's not hard to install youself.

i thot aspec option included suspension, body kit, rear spoiler, different wheels, etc... do you think i should just get the regular tsx first then get the individual aspec parts later? will this save lot of $?

It's up to you. You have to decide what it is you want and go from there. I will say this: the TSX is mighty fun to drive bone stock. After a while though, you may find yourself catching the modding bug. Do some more reading and search the various forums here, then make your choice.
