This is kind of old but someone hit my car and f***ed up the bumper. I was filling up with gas and someone in the parking spots in front of the store started backing up. I saw what he was doing and jumped over the hose and was moving to the front of the car and yelled out "whoaaaa" and then *BAM* He rolled back into it

I have always been the guy that parks at the end of the lot--etc and I get hit while filling up with gas

Sheesh---here is a couple pics of the damage





I pick up the car from the dealership tomorrow to see the results of the repair---luckily no bumper damage---just paint

I'm sorry for you man! As a new TSX owner myself I am still very much in the "I'll park my car at the back of the parking lot" mode to.

How can someone back into you at a gas station??! Was he blind? Isn't it obvious that there would be cars around a gas station?? Arrgh!

Well look on the bright side, you'll have a clean TSX to pick up tommorrow and I'm sure the bumper will look great.

I hope the guy who hit you has fun with his insurance people!

...........there are so many stupid people in the world.......too bad I had my run in with them in the new car rather then the old. Can't watch out for all of them.

that sucks, how the F didnt the guy backing up NOT see you? ppl should know they should be esp careful in gas stations, what if he backed up into a pump??? grrrr, so many bad drivers out there...

Well, did you get the guys insurance information so that you can get it fixed? Seems strage how the clear coat cracked on the bumper, they usually add a flex additive onto the bumper since it normally flexes.

that's my car color too, i have a bad feeling i should've gotten a lighter colored Tsx? maybe the guy didn't see ur car, since it was at night and the Carbon grey looks black at night. but, aren't gas stations illuminated with flourescent light at night?
