Side view mirror replacement

Anyone know how much it would cost to get the side view mirror replaced? I just need to get the assembly and will install it myself. (Need an ABP driver side) Part number would be appreciated!

Rant:
Some jackass smashed my mirror last night going about 60 mph on a local street. I pulled over to the side as much as I could without jumping the curb but he still hit my mirror after blowing a light and nearly killing someone else. I gave chase, but since I had to make the 3 point turn I didn't catch the piece of shit. Probably better that I didn't anyways, I wanted to kill him at that point.

The turn signal on the mirror is cracked completely, with about 1/4 of the plastic gone. The mirror fortunately is still in one piece, but doesn't move when I try to adjust it. It just makes a clicking sound no matter if I move it left or right. The only way it actually moves is up and down. For right now I moved it by pushing the actual mirror.

im not sure how much it costs, but i think theres a site that a lot of people go for parts.. I guess we can't distinguish the damage w/o pics, but i think replacing the unit as a whole might be a bit easier?

I am asking about the entire assembly. I don't think you can replace the turn signal in the mirror, unless I am wrong.

Can someone scan the installation process from the Helms manual? I am mostly interested in replacing the clear side blinker lense on the mirror first. The scratches will have to wait until later.
