IMO if people have enough money to buy their kids a car then more power to them, they work for a reason. I was bought a 2 year old pickup truck when I turned 16. Not exactly a 330Ci but I can see why people get upset at those bashing parents who buy their kids cars.

you've got to be joking. 330i for a tsx? most folks step up to an m3 or better on the bimmer forums. the tsx is more of an alternative to an accord, camry, passat but not a 330i or g35. don't get me wrong. i like the tsx for what it is, but there's no comparison to a 330i with the performanc package. and yes, this come from a guy with a 330i (and a passat).

Many folks work 50-60 hour weeks and could not afford the 330i and kids and house and private schools, etc. So there is a certain calousness that you protray as well. As it only takes a quick visit to a BMW and TSX dealership to acertain that indeed the 330i is a completely different and higher class of vehicle (in price alone), your question was read by some here as "Should I keep the cream or go with the powdered milk?"
After all of this time I still have not seen where you have actually gone and driven a tsx and given any of us feedback as to whether or not you liked it...more...or less than your BMW. This kinda adds to the "in-your-face-rich-kid" nature of your initial question. In any case, I do wish you the best, and I hope that this dillema is the worst you experience in your life.
BTW...Do you think I should trade my 911 Cabrio in for Miata?
