Shopping cart ding!! :(

I almost never take my car to grocery stores, but I didn't have lunch and didn't want fast food so I decided to make a quick grocery store run for some snacks.

I park in the outskirts of the parking lot (probably a bad idea considering it was a downhill slope) and come back 10 minutes later to find what looks like a 1" shopping cart ding on my rear drivers side door. It's really not that deep, but considering I'm super anal and my car was dentless before I'm kind of irked. Paintless Dent Removal's only good for those deep dents, right?

PDR is great for any dents actually. They worked wonders on my wifes' car when she had a bunch of dents and one large crease/dent fixed. It's 100% back to perfect now.

A small tree branch fell on my previous car so I call a PDR shop and they told me the paint was slightly cracked so they did not recommend it-had to go to a regular body shop.

i had a couple of minor door dings done by those pdr. it is not 100% perfect.
i still see the light bend from the site at an certain angle, but feels perfect to the touch and unnoticable at all. but i don't regret it at all since it does remove the dent completely. it was my first ever to have it done so i have not tried another repair guy to compare results.
