Shopping Cart Carelessness

Hey all,

The other day my TSX got hit by a cart on the rear bumper. Is there anyway to repair the dents since it is on the rear bumper which is plastic and not sheet metal?

Would it be worth it to try pushing them out? Anything else which I can do?

Please let me know!

Hey,

Orlando area. This was at Albertsons. I just simply don't understand... I was parked all the way in the back and come out to see a cart on my bumper.

More specifically, it left 4 dents which are all a little less than half an inch apart from each other.

I would love to know if I can push them out from the back of the bumper or if there is some type of solution. I know it's typically not possible since it is plastic, but thought I'd get some other opinions.

Rzee,

We think alike. Funny enough, that was my initial thought.

Judging by the area I was parked in (all the way in the back and the only car around me was my girlfriends). Additionally, it wasn't a downhill area, so, I seriously doubt that a cart rolled all the way to the area.

I am furious about it and get a glimpse at the dents everyday... it hurts my heart!!!!!

Probably the biggest little risk factor of all, and probably the one that causes me the most worry, only I never thought to mention it, because it seems so stupid -- until it happens.

I don't know.. but can't those tiny dents cause roughness at highway speeds?
