I got an error 2 also...has something to do with the b-can (body control area network). Don't worry about it.

Why do you say not to worry about it? Doesn't that mean there's something wrong with the "body control area network"? What does that mean? Anyone... bueller?

On page 22-77 is says for an Error 2, connect the car to the HDS (Honda Diagnostic System) for further diagnosis, which means a trip to the dealer.

Sorry I can't be any more precise, but there's a great big section in the manual on the B-CAN - too much to go into here.

The manual is chock full of all sorts of info. Well worth the price. Unfortuanely, you'll need an HDS to check out everything!

Did anyone else get an error 2 reading?

I say not to worry about it because my navi B-CAN tests pass with flying colors and the navi tests are more indepth.

VIDEO OF GAUGE SWEEP HERE:

this is not the ACURA TSX cluster, but an Australian ACCORD EURO cluster, which i think is the same as the US Honda Accord

Hmm...I was kinda hoping it would be like the gauge sweep on the 04RLs where they jump quickly to the end of the arc and then slowly retract...

Well, I'll try it today nonetheless...

maybe bysin will find out how to get just the tachometer to do it, then when we think he's busy finding out how to do the speedometer he'll suddenly disapperar!
