acura has offically stated taht the RSX will not be in the 2007 line of cars.

since the 06 civic si coupe has been released and its so similar to the RSX-S (k20z3 si vs k20z1 rsx-s, chasis, size, etc) they will stop the rsx.

BUT, rumor of a tsx coupe coming out..


i wanted to know if anyone else knows about this or is this jus a rumor to stir some talk by a magazine...

yes, the tsx coupe is suppose to take over the rsx due to its poor sales. i havent seen any pix myself, only seen the blue concept of the new gen tsx.

I thought the RSX was a good car on paper, but I guess it never really caught on. Did the Integra suffer poor sales in the end? It always seemed like a popular car.

The RSX has good power and road feel, but the RSX never had the luxury of any of the other Acuras....I'm not surprised

I hope they bring back something as nice as the CL

I visited 3 Acura delears before I got my GBP TSX and they did say that they will discontinue the RSX for 2007 line of Acuras due to the fact RSX' major competitor is HONda Civic which means that they are competing with thmeselves. They will reamin focused on improving CIVICs since is auch a big seller for that level. One of the delears also said that no major changes on TSX line will happen since the 06 had many improvements. Nothing on TSX coupes were mentioned.
