Roof rack anyone ?
Hello, everybody....my first post (ooh-aahh)
Anyone here have a roof rack on their TSX? I have been checking out the TSX at the dealership and it appears that roof racks are conspicuously absent, even as an accessory (not just the TSX).
I know, the car won't look as nice with rack but, I have to get my mountain bikes to the trailhead somehow
Have one on my Integra...I just take it off in the winter.
The rack that came with our Passat has a nice "integrated" look to it.
Thinking of replacing the Integra but haven't decided on which car...G35, TSX, Mazda6, Element (wouldn't have to worry about the rack then ) Oh well, have the whole winter to think it over and kick some tires

I have a couple Yakima rack systems, one used to be on my old Accord. I'm pretty sure the same bars and towers will work on the TSX, just need new clamps. Don't know the parts offhand, but I checked out yakima.com and I seem to recall they listed the part numbers needed for the TSX.
It wouldn't have the integrated look you want and the towers did leave some marks on the roof, but I can't think of a better alternative if you really need a rack. I don't think I'll need to use the rack for the TSX, but if I did, I think what I'd do is get the front air defelctor as well and just leave it on all the time. Might as well go full-tilt for the sports/active look...

another thing that bugs me is that theres no pass-through in the middle armrest in the rear seats... would have been great to put my snowboard through but too bad.. guess i have to fold the seats down.
