Red radiator hoses?

Does anyone know of aftermarket radiator hoses for the TSX available in red? The T1R and Samco hoses are nice but they're blue, which won't work in my black/red/gray engine bay.

Once in a while I've seen red silicone hoses on eBay, and imagine a silicone hose is a silicone hose as far as quality goes. Does anyone have experience with those?

the samco's don't just come in blue trim, they come in like 10 diff colors (red,black,blue,purple.. etc.) and im pretty sure they can make ones custom for you, if they dont have off-the-shelf replacements in red... i would contact samco and talk to a sales rep or product manager... good luck and post some pix up when you get them

I have a set of Samco Sport hoses.
they are not sold directly from Samco, and Samco will NOT even
consider doing custom colors, I've tried.. repeatedly.

the only way to get Samco Sport hoses for our CL9 is through J's
Racing, they have an exclusive on them. even if you order from heeltoe
or whatever, it has to go through J's if you want Samcos.

but man are they expensive, you'd probably be better off getting the T1R
or some of these cheaper ones in whatever color you want.
there can't be too much difference between them.

Yeah, I'm not paying Samco prices through J's, that's ridiculous. Can you get T1R hoses in colors other than T1R blue, though? I haven't seen the option anywhere. Worst comes to worst I can use blue but I'd much prefer red.

nope, don't think so.
I think the only way to get colors is through ebay or other similar
lesser known brands.

You could very well be right. It's just that I've heard so much negative about OBX that I'd sooner buy no-brand silicone hoses on eBay than hoses identified as being made by OBX.

Well if oem hoses start to get soft around 100,000 miles than its a good thing they last but trusting other brands with your hot hot coolant might be a risky thing to do.

replaced my hoses due to 100,000 mark they failed the sqeeze test, and has signs of it cracking.

I don't do a lot of road trips and my job is 15 miles each way from my house. I also own a Cherokee that I drive a lot during the winter...
