Reasonable Selling Price - KBB vs TMV

So I've got a 2007 TSX Navi/5AT with ~25k miles and in almost outstanding condition (small door ding and small scrape on back bumper are the only problems whatsoever) and have checked the Edmunds TMV and Kelley Blue Book value. It shows a HUGE discrepancy and I'm wondering what I should actually expect to be able to get. The prices are:

TMV: $18400

KBB: $21800

How much do you think I can realistically sell it for?

kbb is the gold standard. ive seen enough legal shows on judge judy and stuff where they only mention kbb when deciding car damages. luckily for you, kbb gives you more money! lol

How much should you expect to get? What someone is willing to pay.... that's all anything is worth. Check Autotrader, cars.com., maybe something local. No one ever really knows till they put it there. I think you should consider yourself fortunate if you could sell your car for the lower figure, but that's just my opinion.
