Question about manual transmission fluid

I been look up service manual and the manual recommend use Acura MTF,but i kinda wanna use SYNTHETIC 10w30.Just wonder what you guys using??Good input will be nice,thanks.

Don't use engine oil. Use MTF.

Honda MTF is very good and I remember reading that what they use in the TSX was recently improved.

The owner's manual says you can use substitutes on a short term basis, but that they'll cause problems in shifting over time.
