question about dent near sunroof

question about dent near sunroof
does anyone notice that near the rear corners of the sunroof, the painted metal roof has indentions. mine has it on the passenger side of the sunroof. i noticed the same type of indentions on my old 98 civic as well...just wondering if anyone else noticed the same. by the way, it's an 06.
